Return & Refund Policy

General

RyJo Direct Will happily accept a return of a product due to:

• Change of preference
• Incorrectly ordered product
• Product damaged upon arrival
• Faulty product upon arrival 
• Incorrect items were received 
  
• Accidental order
• Product not as described
• Other 

Request for return or refund must be within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Product Condition:

Product must be returned to us in the original packaging, not used and in a suitable condition for resale unless broken or faulty (please note the reason or product condition before requesting for a refund) 

Return Shipping:

Return shipping of unwanted or wrong ordered products at customer fault will be paid at customers expense and will need to be posted by customer within 7 days of receiving the product for a refund. 

Return Shipping due to seller or courier errors of damaged and faulty products will be paid by RyJo and organised shipping arrangements will be discussed upon refund processes. 

Refunds:

Refunds upon customer error of a change of mind or wrong ordered product will be split. 80% Full refund of a product and a return restocking fee of 20% of product value will be deducted from the refund and replaced with a credit for future purchases.

Refunds upon seller mistake or bad product condition will then be issued with a 100% refund on every individual product which was damaged. Return shipment cost will be paid at our expense and refund will be issued within 5 days of us receiving the product.
